Our Company is Veteran Owned and Operated. Rick Moore is our lead ASHI Inspector, a veteran of The United States Coast Guard and has been inspecting homes since 2004. He takes pride in the values instilled in him during his military service. That same high level of honesty, integrity, and passion is reflected in each home inspection. He approaches each new day as an opportunity to provide an unsurpassed level of customer service to his clients and future neighbors throughout the local community.

Rick attended “Class A Subsistence Specialist School” in Petaluma California and started a career in the Culinary Arts Industry while in the Coast Guard attached to Coast Guard Cutter Bibb out of New Bedford, Mass – USCG Air Base Elizabeth City NC, Coast Guard Yard Baltimore and the Charleston SC Search & Rescue Station. After Military service he Attended the “Culinary School of DC” in 1989 and became a member of the American Culinary Federat ion and The Nations Capital Chefs Association. He worked in the Culinary Industry just a little more than 20 Years. He loves French Sauces and Unpretentious Presentations of Various Cuisines. Everybody Loves His Banana Pudding!! When he’s not inspecting homes or spending time with his family, You can find Rick fishing Off “Cape Cod” for Porgies and taking long road trips.
